Photo Contest Submission Form

How to Enter:

  1. Review the Contest Theme and Rules:
    1. The contest theme is "Agri-Life in the Hill Country." Eligible photograph entries shall show
      scenes of ranching or farming in the Hill Country including backyard gardens, old farm
      implements, livestock, or other images of rural life. Make sure your photo aligns with this theme.
    2. View the complete Contest Rules. 
    3. You may submit up to two (2) photographs per person. You must complete a separate submission form for each photo submitted. ​
  2. Prepare Your Entry:
    • Capture a high-resolution photo (at least 300 dpi) featuring Agri-Life in the Hill Country.
    • Ensure your photo is in landscape format and is no larger than 4 MB.
    • Include a title for your photo that reflects the content.
    • Prepare both a digital copy and a physical copy 8"x10" of the photograph. A digital copy is needed for uploading to the museum website and the calendar. A physical copy is needed for the museum exhibit this summer.
  3. Submit Your Entry (digital copy):
    1. Submit your entry using the above form. The submission deadline is May 2, 2025.
    2. Fill out the submission form, including your name, email address, and photo title.
    3. Upload your photo and submit your entry.
  4. Submit Your Entry (physical copy):
    1. ​​Physical 8”x10” copies, along with your name and contact information, can be submitted in person at the museum or mailed to:
