Strategic Plan: Summer 2023-Fall 2026
While The Falls on the Colorado Museum has made significant strides since its establishment in 1999, there is still more to be accomplished to improve its impact and scope. The recently approved Strategic Plan serves as a blueprint for the museum's focus and resource allocation over the next three years. This plan identifies ten key strategic objectives aimed at positioning the museum for growth, allowing it to more effectively meet the needs of Marble Falls and the surrounding Highland Lakes region. The Strategic Plan was officially adopted by The FOCM Board of Directors on July 19, 2023.
